In October 2023 “we” (my wife Michelle and I) started a queer social Hiking group called QTP – Queer Trails Perth. We “organise” weekly social weekend hikes for like minded queer folk around Perth. You can follow our shenanigans on instagram – and if interested in hiking with us (and you live in Perth – and you like chicken nuggets – or have a good reason not to… just kidding… or maybe not) join our members page on facebook.

Lionel – I got this little leopard when I left the UK after finishing at University in 2013. I travelled to South Africa, and picked this little guy up from a gift shop at an Elephant sanctuary. 11 years later he’s been all around the world with me. He may spend more time “displayed” on a shelf than out on adventures nowadays (and Trixie hogs the limelight) but he gets out now and again. Some of his adventures are shared on instagram if you want to give him/us a follow 🙂
